-All firearms MUST be shipped to an FFL holder. Until we receive a copy of your chosen dealer’s FFL, we will not ship the item. Please have the documentation sent to ffl@tripledselitepipesandmore.com or faxed to (814) 899-8155.
-Flat rate shipping fees apply to all firearms. Ships only to the continental United States.

-We offer local pickup as well. If you are in the area and would like to pick the item up from our shop, please message us after the auction to let us know you intend to pick up the item, and we will schedule an appointment with you.
-All photos listed are of the actual item being sold, no stock photos are used.
-The buyer is responsible for knowing the laws in their state. If an item we are selling is not legal in your state, DO NOT PURCHASE. If you purchase a firearm that can not be legally owned in your state, and the FFL dealer you have chosen receives it and cannot sell it to you, we are in no way responsible.
-All sales are final. That being said, if there is an issue with an item we sold you, or you believe the item was misrepresented in the listing, please contact us at contact@tripledselitepipesandmore.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to work out a solution.
-We do not place a warranty on any of our items, new or used. If you purchase a new item from us that comes with a warranty from the manufacturer, please contact that manufacturer for warranty information.
-Unless specifically stated on the listing, we have not test fired any of the firearms we have listed for sale. All firearms have been inspected with no obvious sign of damage or defect and the actions cycle well with no sign of issue.
-We are not responsible for any firearm or the use thereof after shipping.
